David Ramos is a proven technology executive with an exceptional track record of driving digital transformation, global data initiatives, modern software development, and product management leadership while building and mentoring high-performance collaborative teams. David previously led the engineering of the HealthCloud platform at CVS Health, providing mission critical cloud native application services that powers digital experiences for CVS/Aetna customers. He also has helmed product and engineering teams for Rakuten and has broad experience overseeing development, infrastructure and operations of highly scalable application and data platforms for high profile government agencies, Fortune 500 companies and startups. David holds an MS in Information Systems Engineering Management from The George Washington University, and a BS in Finance from St. John’s University.
